Guests at 4 Paws Pet Resort are expected to be boarded for the dates scheduled. Payment in full is due upon arrival of your pet. 4 Paws agrees to exercise due and reasonable care and to keep the kennel premises sanitary and properly enclosed. Said guest(s) are boarded, handled, and cared for by the 4 Paws staff without liability to us for loss, damage from disease, death, or other unavoidable causes, when due diligence and care have been exercised. If said guest(s) becomes seriously ill, the owner shall be notified at once and the designated veterinarian will be contacted for care and instructions. If there is no designated veterinarian, and we are unable to reach the owner, 4 Paws will seek medical attention for said guest(s).

ANY and ALL expenses incurred during the pet’s stay shall be the sole responsibility of the owner. ANY and ALL additional charges for veterinarian services or medications shall be paid for by the owner at the time of the pet’s departure. By signing the contract, the pet owner affirms that the said guest(s) has not been exposed to RABIES, PARVO, DISTEMPER, CORONA, or KENNEL COUGH within the last 30 days. 4 Paws Pet Resort shall not be held liable for any items left, destroyed, or lost.

Owners are responsible for any and all charges that may occur because of damages inflicted by said guest(s), including, but not limited to, damage to property and damages inflicted to staff members.

Check­out time is 12:00 P.M. For any pickup after 12:00 P.M., the client shall be charged for that day. The last available check­out is at 6:00 P.M..

Guests being groomed the day of pickup must have a scheduled pickup time. Any guest scheduled for grooming that is picked up prior to the designated time will pay a $15.00 office fee if the grooming has not been completed. Any changes to the scheduled pickup time must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Front Lobby and Grooming Services
The front lobby is open during regular business hours from 7:00 A.M. to­ 6:00 P.M. Monday through Saturday. The kennel staff is available during major holidays but the front lobby is closed and grooming services are not offered.

Boarding Hours
The kennel staff is available for you to contact daily from 7:00 A.M. to­ 6:00 P.M. After 6:00 P.M.,our staff will be attending to resort needs. All guests are secured in the facility by 9:00 P.M. In addition to the kennel staff, 4 Paws has an on­site caretaker to ensure all of our pets are safe and secure throughout the night.

Check in/out times

Check-­in  Monday through Saturday from 7:00 A.M. –  5:30 P.M.. Please allow 10­-30 minutes for checking in.

Check-out Standard check-out time is 12:00 P.M.. For all pick-­ups after 12:00 P.M. an additional day’s charge will be added.

Sunday check-­in and check-­out is offered but must be pre-­arranged with the staff. Sunday pick-up times are 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. and drop­off times are 10:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M.

Vaccination Requirements

Sorry, no home or breeder shots will be accepted.

Shot records are required before the check-­in date to verify that everything is correct and up to date. NOTE: There is a $10 charge to retrieve the vaccination records from your veterinarian.

Dog vaccinations

  • ­Bordatella*

*If bordatella is given intra­nasal, it must be given AT LEAST 4 days prior to your pets stay!! Oral or injectable bordatella may be given any time.

*Puppies can be boarded following a 2-­week waiting period after their second vaccination.

Pest Control

    All animals are required to have a topical flea and tick preventative upon admittance. This is an added charge of $10.00 per pet. If you currently apply your own flea and tick preventative, we must have proof from your veterinarian and/or need to witness the application.
